"Hold fast to dreams / For if dreams die / Life is a broken-winged bird / That cannot fly."
EQ NOTE
Dreams do not guarantee an easy path, and asking someone to hope can feel hollow when the ground beneath them is uncertain. Still, a dream can preserve direction when circumstances have narrowed the view.
Holding fast does not have to mean gripping without rest. It can mean keeping one thread of possibility within reach while tending to what today requires.
