"In an age of acceleration, nothing can be more exhilarating than going slow."
EQ NOTE
Acceleration promises efficiency, but it can also flatten experience. When every pause becomes a delay, we lose some of the information that only arrives through waiting, listening, and looking again.
A slower pace is not automatically better, and it is not always available. The invitation is simply to notice when speed is serving the moment—and when it is only repeating itself.
