Making life less difficult for one another rarely requires a grand gesture. It may look like clarity instead of confusion, patience instead of pressure, or practical help offered without making someone prove they deserve it.
We cannot remove every hardship. We can still decide not to add unnecessary weight, and sometimes that choice changes the whole texture of a day.
