Boyd Blake Rice is an American experimental sound/noise musician using the name of NON since the mid-1970s. A pioneer of industrial music, he is also a writer, archivist, actor, and photographer. Rice's music and art have been influenced by fascist ideas and aesthetics, and he has often been accused of fascist sympathies as a result.
