Distracted. Sometimes overwhelmed. And our brains are really good at spotlighting what\u0026rsquo;s wrong instead of what\u0026rsquo;s quietly going right.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\u003Cp\u003E\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EA Small Shift That Changes a Lot\u003C\/strong\u003E\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\u003Cp\u003EThis really comes down to awareness.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\u003Cp\u003ENoticing the good isn\u0026rsquo;t about ignoring the hard stuff.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\u003Cp\u003EIt\u0026rsquo;s about expanding what you pay attention to.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\u003Cp\u003EMost of us move through the day on autopilot, reacting to whatever is loudest or most urgent.
